Terms of use

Veluno is an independent media player by Prime Code & Care. Last updated: 3 November 2026.

The player and your content

Veluno does not provide, sell, recommend or host IPTV channels, films, series, playlists or IPTV subscriptions. You must supply your own compatible source. You must have all rights and permissions required to access each source in your location. Unauthorised access, copyright infringement, unlawful content and circumvention of access restrictions are prohibited. Prime Code & Care is not affiliated with the providers you add.

Apple licence terms

The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These product and website terms explain the service; they do not replace that licence or remove mandatory consumer rights.

Free use and optional ad removal

All current player features are available free of charge with advertising where available. An optional one-year, auto-renewable subscription removes advertising banners only. It does not include any channels or IPTV service. Availability and the local price are shown in Apple’s purchase screen before confirmation. No subscription can be bought on this website.

Renewal, cancellation and restoration

Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. The subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings or use Manage subscription in Veluno. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; access remains until the paid period ends, subject to refunds or revocation. Use Restore purchases with the purchasing Apple Account to recover an active subscription. Refund requests and statutory withdrawal rights are handled according to Apple’s applicable terms and law.

Availability and compatibility

Your provider, network, source format and device determine playback availability. Some streams or codecs may be unsupported. We cannot promise that every third-party source will work or remain available. You are responsible for the security and lawful use of the account credentials you supply.

Responsibility and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Code & Care is not responsible for the user-added content of third parties or consequences of its unlawful use. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees or other statutory remedies. Nothing here waives rights you have under Dutch or applicable EU consumer law.

Contact and unlawful content reports

Contact contact@primecodeandcare.nl for app support, a rights concern or a report about the service. Include a description without account passwords or full credential-bearing URLs. We do not control or host the third-party source; you may also need to contact its provider.
