Privacy policy

This policy explains how Veluno for iPhone and this website handle personal data. Last updated: 3 November 2026.

Who is responsible?

Prime Code & Care, Confuciusplein 85, 1064 LG Amsterdam, Netherlands. KvK: 42126389. VAT: NL005516123B51. Contact the controller at contact@primecodeandcare.nl.

Your playlists and account details

You supply your own M3U link or Xtream Codes account. Playlist addresses and login details are stored in this device’s Keychain. Language, appearance, playlist selection and collection information are stored in local app preferences; some saved series favourites also use Keychain. Veluno has no user registration or developer-operated playlist server. We do not send playlist addresses, credentials, channel names or viewing history to our own server or pass them to the advertising SDK. Keychain items can persist after uninstalling the app; remove saved playlists in the app before uninstalling if you want to delete their stored credentials.

Connecting to your provider

Playback, playlists and metadata are requested directly from the servers you choose. Those servers receive the connection information, including your IP address, requested media URLs and credentials needed to authenticate. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies. HTTP connections are unencrypted; use HTTPS sources where supported. Network and operating-system caching or diagnostics may also occur.

Advertising and privacy choices

The free app uses Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform (UMP). Depending on your choices, SDK behaviour and applicable law, Google may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad interactions, crash and performance information, and consent choices. We request non-personalised banner ads; this does not mean no data is processed. Where required, a consent form is presented before ad requests are allowed. You can revisit available choices through Settings → Ad privacy. Advertising consent is optional; playback remains available. Google’s policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and advertising information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

The ad-free subscription

Apple processes purchases and payments. Veluno uses StoreKit to check verified subscription entitlements and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. We do not request banner ads for active subscribers. At app startup, subscription entitlement is checked before the advertising SDK is started. If you subscribe during a session in which the SDK has already started, removing the banner does not undo data previously processed. Apple’s privacy policy is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Support and this website

If you email us, we receive the message, email address and any information you choose to include. Do not send playlist passwords or full provider URLs. This website uses Vercel hosting. Hosting and security services process request metadata such as IP address, browser information and access logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not add analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or a newsletter form to this website. See https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Purposes and legal bases

We process necessary service data to provide the requested player or support service (contract), protect the service (legitimate interests) and meet legal duties (legal obligation). Where consent is required for advertising storage, identifiers or other processing, we rely on consent. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Third-party providers and Apple may act as separate controllers for their services.

Retention and deletion

Local settings remain until removed or reset; Keychain credentials remain until deleted through the app or the device. Remove a playlist to remove its saved account data, and manage collections in the app. We retain support correspondence only as long as necessary to handle the request and any applicable legal duties. Apple, Google, Vercel and your content provider apply their own retention policies to data processed in their services. Contact us for a specific deletion request.

International processing

Apple, Google and Vercel may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, their applicable transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, apply. Refer to their policies for the arrangements applicable to your service and region.

Your rights

Depending on the law and processing involved, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by contacting contact@primecodeandcare.nl. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens at https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl or your local supervisory authority. For data controlled independently by Apple, Google or your provider, you can also contact them directly.

Children and changes

Veluno is not designed specifically for children and does not supply content. Do not add sources you are not entitled or old enough to access. We may update this policy when the app or its processing changes; the updated date will appear here.
